Image Formats

  • JPG/JPEG: Most common image format
  • PNG: High-quality images with transparency
  • GIF: Supported for document images
  • BMP: Bitmap images
  • TIFF: High-quality scanned documents

Document Formats

  • PDF: Preferred format for multi-page documents
  • DOC/DOCX: Microsoft Word documents
  • TXT: Plain text files
  • RTF: Rich text format

Spreadsheet Formats

  • XLS/XLSX: Microsoft Excel files

Best Practices

  • PDF is preferred for scanned documents
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for best results
  • File size: Maximum 25MB per file
  • Color: Color scans are fine, but not required
