Accepted File Formats
We accept the following file formats:
- Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF
- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX
- Spreadsheets: XLS, XLSX
- Other: TXT, RTF
Document Quality Tips
- Clear Scans: Ensure all text is legible and not blurry
- Complete Documents: Include all pages, including blank pages if part of the original
- Good Lighting: If photographing, use even lighting without shadows
- Flat Documents: Flatten creases and folds before scanning
- Full Page Capture: Include all edges and stamps/seals
File Size Limits
Maximum file size per document: 25MB. If your file is larger, try compressing the PDF or reducing image resolution while maintaining readability.
Multiple Documents
You can upload multiple documents in a single order. Each document will be translated separately with its own certificate if you've selected certified translation.
