- Go to Order History
- View the status of all your orders

You can also use our Order Lookup tool with your order number and email address to check status without logging in.
Order Statuses
- Received: Order received and being processed
- In Progress: Translation is underway
- Review: Translation is being reviewed for quality
- Completed: Translation finished and delivered
- Shipped: Physical copies have been mailed
